I've worked with many real estate agents in west GA, and in my opinion, Kim Rowe is without a doubt the best in the area. She was my agent a couple of years ago when I was looking to buy a home. My impression at the time was that Kim was professional, attentive, and thorough. She was friendly without being a pushover and proactive without being rude. Kim clearly knew how to get things done, so she was the obvious choice when I put my house on the market last month. Again, Kim didn't fail. Because of her expertise and caring personality, the entire process was quick, painless, and stress free. I couldn't have asked for things to have gone more smoothly, and the outcome was far better than I'd expected. Kim stayed in regular contact with me throughout the process via text, email, and phone, and she never missed a beat with her reminders, follow-ups, helpful explanations, and practical suggestions. I couldn't conceive of buying/selling a house again without Kim's guidance. Give her a call, you'll see what I mean.

Kim was extremely knowledgeable about the market and our neighborhood- she surprised us with the asking price and then delivered well above that. She is extremely responsive to all questions or needs asked within minutes, she will assist in what ever needs a seller may have with her flexibility of scheduling or what ever the need is. We purchased our home with Kim and we told her if ever we moved she would be the realtor we would call. Kim has a caring, warm personality. She is true to her word and delivers . We would strongly recommend Kim for any buying or selling needs one would have- and chances are slim due to our relocation we would ever need to return to this area but if we did-Kim would be the first and only realtor we would contact. Kim did an excellent job! Listed my house and had a showing the same day.

Kim came in and assessed my property and came up with a sale price which we both agreed upon then she went to work. She started with a professional video, listed the house everywhere on line and she had several showing within days. She ended up selling my house for full ask and we closed within a month. My neighbor used another agent and his house is still on the market (8 months) later and he has reduced his price three time with no success. I'm selling another property and would't use anyone else. I highly recommend Kim!!!
