Kim did an excellent job! Listed my house and had a showing the same day.

Kim came in and assessed my property and came up with a sale price which we both agreed upon then she went to work. She started with a professional video, listed the house everywhere on line and she had several showing within days. She ended up selling my house for full ask and we closed within a month. My neighbor used another agent and his house is still on the market (8 months) later and he has reduced his price three time with no success. I'm selling another property and would't use anyone else. I highly recommend Kim!!!
